The Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Council is a statewide citizens group created to advise the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) about how well its programs and services match the needs of people with disabilities. Fifty percent of the Rehabilitation Council members are either persons with disabilities or have family members who are persons with disabilities.
The mission of the Council is, after consultation with the State Workforce Investment Board, to inform and advise the State Board of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Governor on the diverse issues affecting vocational rehabilitation.
The Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Council (PaRC) currently has available Council memberships for Business/Labor/Industry and a new membership position to represent transitioning youth.
If you have utilized vocational rehabilitation services, we need your feedback. Read more about the Customer Satisfaction Survey.
