Committee Members
Consists of three Officers elected by membership plus chairs of all standing committees
Purpose
- Establish Full Council Meeting Agenda.
- Manage Council Activities between meetings per the Decision Matrix.
- Provide information for Support Project Administrator to use in supervising staff.
- Monitor expenses against the budget throughout the year.
- Monitor the US and Pennsylvania WIA Systems.
Principal Tasks
- Meet at least once every two months to set agenda for Full Council Meeting.
- Assign tasks to committees, as needed.
- Complete staff performance review forms annually.
- Oversee production and distribution of PA-RC Annual Report.
- Oversee planning of Annual Retreat.
- Receive monthly Finance Report from staff and meet as needed to address questions about the report(s) or to make recommendations regarding movement between line items.
- Review materials and make recommendations regarding state and federal WIA systems.
