Committee Members
Consists of six to ten members of the Full Council who elect a Chairperson annually.
Purpose
- To assure that OVR and the Rehabilitation Council meet or exceed assessment requirement under the Rehab Act.
Principal Tasks
- Conduct an independent assessment of OVR customer satisfaction at least once every 3 years.
- Conduct follow-up activities to the 1998 survey.
- Participate on OVR workgroups related to satisfaction assessment.
- Monitor OVR's customer satisfaction survey and results.
- Monitor the Independent Hearing process and decisions.
- Participate on any OVR work teams created to address or assess customer satisfaction
- Participate in development, implementation and analysis of Comprehensive Needs Assessment.
