Ms. Leslie Kelly called the meeting to order at 10:35 a.m.

Additions to the Agenda

There were no additions.

Approval of the Agenda and Minutes

Ms. Carolyn Vidt motioned to approve the agenda the minutes. Ms. Lucinda Crissman seconded the motion. All were in favor.

Action Items for State Plan Attachment Meetings

Ms. Kovalcik-Weaver reported she sent out the Public Hearing schedule for March and April of 2008 for members to review for the meeting. Ms. Kelly will discuss the schedule with all members at the Full Council meeting on February 6th and have members sign up for the hearings to distribute the surveys. Ms. Kovalcik-Weaver indicated that the survey had already been done in large print/Braille and regular print and has also been on the www.parac.org website since October 2007. Copies will be available to members at the meeting on February 6th to save mailing costs.

Ms. Beyer also reported there has been no movement on the College Policy. Also, today was the last day for Secretary Schmerin.

The meeting adjourned at 10:55 a.m.
