To all Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Customers:
Take the Customer Satisfaction Survey
If you have been a customer of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) in Pennsylvania in the past year, we need your feedback.
The Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Council, as stated in the Rehabilitation Act, is responsible for conducting a yearly review and analysis of the effectiveness of Pennsylvania’s vocational rehabilitation services and customer satisfaction. This survey will be conducted beginning October 1, 2011 and will end on September 30, 2012.
Customer Satisfaction Committee members read every one of the completed surveys and will provide OVR with all data collected. Customer Satisfaction Committee members use the data collected from this survey, especially in areas that need improvement, and work with OVR throughout the year to improve those service areas.
By completing this survey you are helping us to ensure that quality vocational rehabilitation services continue to be provided in Pennsylvania.
Read more about the history of vocational rehabilitation and why your feedback is important.
The survey is confidential and you do not need to provide any personal data to participate.
